Non-Power Influence by Leaders in Charge of Political Work at Colleges

高等学校思想政治教育不仅要强调领导者的权力影响力,而且应该重领导者的非权力影响力。领导者的非权力影响力包括品德、才能、知识、情感等多方面的内容;它是领导影响力的内在因素,是搞好各项工作的坚实基础,具有非常重要的作用。因此,当前必须着力提高领导者的整体素质,充分发挥非权力影响力的作用,切实搞好学校思想教育工作。

Political work at colleges should not only stress leaders＇power influence but also their non -power influence. The non - power influence includes morality, ability, knowledge, affection, etc. It is the interior factor of leaders＇ influence, and the finn foundation for different kinds of work, so it is of great importance. Therefore, there is a great need to better the leaders＇qualities, fully play the role of non -power influence and do effective political work at colleges.
