可溶性白细胞介素2受体水平与SLE临床表现的关系

The Relation between the Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor in SLE and Its Clinical Significance in SLE.

测定了３２例ＳＬＥ病人及２１例对照组的ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果显示：活动组与对照组差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），非活动组与对照组差异无显著性意义。通过分析，认为ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为ＳＬＥ活动性的指标之一。

Level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(IL-2R) in serum of 32 SLE Patients were studied.The result showed that in inactive cases there was no significant difference compare with controls(P>0.05),mild and moderate active cases were significantly higher than controls(P<0.01),severe cases were higher than controls(P<0.05).It suggested that IL-2R may be used as a good mark to denote the activity of SLE.
