摘要
针对喷油泵校正器的特点,介绍了对其两个技术参数预紧力和校正行程的测试方法。在小波消噪理论的基础上,给出了新的随尺度变化的阈值估计公式,采用小波软阈值消噪技术对力信号进行处理;在小波分解理论的基础上,提出了一种染噪斜坡信号的信号提取方法,并利用该方法对位移信号进行处理。经过小波消噪处理后的位移和力信号,再进一步的处理,可以得到很好的测量曲线,从而能够精确求出喷油泵校正器的预紧力和校正行程。
The measurement method of fuel injection pump corrector technical parameter is introduced. Based on wavelet de-nosing theory, a new threshold estimate formula that changes following with scale change is presented, and the wavelet soft threshold de-nosing method to process force signal is adopted. A new pick-up method of the noise slop signal based on wavelet decomposition theory and using this method to process distance signal is also presented. Through wavelet de-nosing, then through further treatment, the distance signal and the force signal can get a better curve, thus can acquire pre-tightening force and correction stroke of fuel injection pump corrector accurately.
