摘要
针对脉冲爆震发动机瞬时推力、平均推力测量问题,介绍了直接测量法和间接测量法(包括推力壁压力曲线积分法和抛物摆法)的测量原理及系统构成。分析指出各种测量方法的优缺点及适用范围。提出了弹簧-质量-阻尼系统法,设计了基于该方法的推力测试台架系统,应用该方法对一50 mm内径脉冲爆震发动机的推力进行了测量,得到了合理的结果。对基于不同方法的推力测试台架的结构设计及系统组成提出了建议。
Transient and average thrust are two important performance parameters of pulse detonation engine. The principle and system structure of direct measurement method and indirect measurement methods ( including thrust wall pressure integral method and ballistic pendulum method) are introduced. A new thrust measuring method of spring-mass-damper system is developed. A testing stand based on the method is built up. Using the system, the thrust of a model pulse detonation engine with 50 mm inner diameter is measured, and the result is reliable. Based on analyzing of advantages and disadvantages of every method, its using region and some suggestions on thrust test stand design are put forward.
