摘要
由于组态软件iFIX的数据库功能不完善,提出了用关系型数据库代替iFIX数据库,并对iFIX与MS SQL Server的通信原理给出了较为详细的说明。首先概述了组态软件iFIX的特点,结合实例对工业实时监控系统的总体结构和硬件配置进行了介绍,然后特别说明了如何通过iFIX过程数据库中的数据块将现场数据传送至关系型数据库MS SQL Server中,并详细说明了具体的配置过程,最后分析了在开发过程中遇到的几个关键性问题并给出了解决方法。
Due to the imperfect function of iFIX database, a substituting relative database for iFIX database is suggested, and the communication principle of iFIX and MS SQL Server in detail. The characters of iFIX are summarized at first, and the general structure and hardware configuration of the industrial real-time control system are described briefly with an example. Then, how to transmit local data to SQL Server via data blocks in iFIX course database, and how to configure each step are explained specially. Finally, several key questions in the course of development are analyzed and some solutions are provided.
