南农大SCI论文量与科研经费投入及科研激励机制的关系分析 被引量:20

Statistic Analysis of the Relation between Papers Collected by SCI and Sci-Tech Input and Research Incentive Mechanism in the Nanjing Agricultural University

摘要 采用线性回归和层次分析法,对南京农业大学1993~2004年的科研经费投入、科研后补助费、SCI论文量和SCI论文产出成本进行了统计分析,定量评价了南京农业大学科研投入和科研后补助费与SCI论文量及SCI论文产出成本的关系。结果说明大量的科研经费投入能提高SCI论文量,但同时SCI论文产出成本也在提高,而科研激励机制的实施大大促进了SCI论文的产出,并降低了SCI论文产出成本,提高了科研效率。同时文章还对如何提高我校的SCI论文量提出一些建设性的意见。 By adopting linear regression and stratified analysis method, the paper has analyzed the research fund inputs, research logistic subsidy fund, volume of SCI papers, and cost of producing SCI papers, quantitatively evaluated the relation between research fund inputs, research logistic subsidy fund and volume of SCI papers, cost of producing SCI papers. The result has shown that large volumes of research fund input has increased the number of papers in SCI, but the cost of papers is also increasing; while the implementation of research incentive mechanism has greatly promoted the output of SCI papers, and reduced the output cost of SCI papers, hence increasing the research efficiency. The paper has put forward constructive suggestions on increasing the number of SCI papers written by the NAU.
