摘要 简述了声表面波滤波器当前的发展,讨论了单端谐振型声表面波带通滤波器设计原理和设计要点,得到了一种较好的设计方案,并给出了主要参数的推导过程。通过对滤波器滤波特性影响因素的分析,改进了谐振电路结构和参数,并成功设计了中心频率为902.5 MHz,带宽为25 MHz的声表面波滤波器。 The paper describes current development of SAWF. The basic design principles and key points for SAWF bandpass filters using one-port SAW resonaters were discussed and a good design project was got. Many key parameters were concluded. Through disscussing the important factors that influence the filter's characteristcs and improving on the structure of resonator circuit, a SAWF with center frequency of 902.5 MHz and bandwidth of 25 MHz has been designed successfully.
