摘要
用LCR电桥、干涉法和谐振法分别测量了La3Al0.5Ga0.5Ta0.5O14(简称LAGT)单晶的相对介电常数,压电应变常数和弹性柔顺常数,并和La3Ga5.5Ta0.5O14(LGT)作了比较。LAGT的介电常数1ε1=22.8,3ε3=72.4;压电应变常数d11=7.6 pC/N,d14=-4.37 pC/N;弹性柔顺常数s1E1=9.45 pm2/N,s3E3=5.59 pm2/N,s1E2=-2.95 pm2/N,s1E3=-2.20 pm2/N,s1E4=-2.58 pm2/N,s4E4=21.43 pm2/N,s6E6=24.80 pm2/N。
In this paper, the relative dielectric constants, ance constants of La3Al0.5Ga5Ta0.5O14 single crystal have the piezoelectric strain constants and the elastic complibeen determined by the LCR bridge, interferometric method and resonant method respectively, and compare these parameters with that of La3Al0.5Ga5Ta0.5O14 crystal. The resultants obtained are: the relative dielectric constants ε11 = 22.8, ε33 = 72.4; the piezoelectric strain constants d11 =7.6 pC/N,d14 =-4.37 pC/N;the elastic compliance constant s11^E=9.45 pm^2/N, s33^E=5. 59 pm^2/N,s12^E = -2.95 pm^2/N,s13^E =-2.20 pm^2/N,s14^E =-2.58 pm^2/N,s44^E =21.43 pm^2/N,s66^E =24.80 pm^2/N.
