摘要 综述了树状聚合物的结构特点和合成方法,及其在提高药物溶解度和生物利用度、缓控释、介导基因转移、基于结构本身的药理活性等方面的研究进展。 The progress of structural characteristics, synthetic methods and applications in pharmaceuticals such as enhancing drug solubility and bioavailability, controlling drug release, gene delivery system and pharmacological activity based on itself of dendrimers is reviewed.
