摘要
影响平板硫化机热板温度场分布的因素很多,但是热板内管状加热器的管间距对其影响是非常大的,利用计算机仿真获得的数据预测它们之间的函数关系,可以在优化分析中用这个近似模型代替复杂的有限元分析过程,不仅节省了优化分析运算的时间,而且可以定性地表达二者之间的关系,为工程实际提供参考依据。
There are many affecting factors of the platen temperature field distribution of daylight press, but the pipe clearance of the heater in the platen is very important for that, using computer mimic to get the data for forecasting the relation of functions between them, adopt the approximated mold instead of the compllcated finite element course whlle optimizing analysis, that can save the operation time of the optimized analysis and can express the qualitative the relation of the above said, provided the reference for the engineering practlce,
