胎面缠绕的应用及缠绕质量的改进

摘要 简要介绍了胎面缠绕生产线的结构特点,分析了影响胎面缠绕质量的原因。通过调整温控系统的温度、确保冷却鼓的冷却效果、适当增大缠绕参数中机头直径设定值等方法解决了胎坯收缩变形的问题;通过对变频器和伺服启动器分别进行PE接地,消除了胎面缠绕偏移的现象;通过先缠绕后贴胎侧的方式;减少了胎侧部位出现缺胶裂口的几率,从而提高了胎面缠绕的质量。 Briefly introduced the structure features of the tread wrapping line, analyzed the reason of influence the tread wrapping quality. By regulating the temperature control system, ensured the cooling effect of cooling drum, enlarge the reasonable head diameter of wrapping parameters to solve the problem of green tire contraction and deformation. By separated earthling PE of transformer and servo starter, eliminated the offset of tread wrapping, by early wrapping tread then applied side wall, reduced the ratio of short of compounding crack at the side wall positions, so increased the quality of tread wrapping.
