简要阐述了270L啮合型密炼机中啮合型转子轮廓的CAD三维设计及创成模式、CAM三维数控加工模式。列出了与相切型密炼机某些技术参数的比较,特别说明了本机在混炼室结构、转子结构、转子内腔冷却结构、卸料门端部与混炼室的密封结构等方面的结构特点。最后介绍了该机的负荷试车及运行情况。
Briefly introduced CAD 3-dimension digital control machining mode and CAM 3-dimension digital control machining mode. Here listed the comparison of any technical parameters vs shearing mixer, especially described the structural properties of the mixing chamber, rotor, inner cooling of rotor , discharging door end and chamber sealing. Finally Introduced the test run with loading and operation of the mixer.
