摘要
研究了利用丙酸处理玉米秸杆生产燃料酒精的工艺条件。实验结果表明,丙酸处理后的玉米秸秆其木质素去除率为60.61%,半纤维素去除率为98.5%,纤维素保留率为90.68%。在处理后的秸秆中添加10%酒糟与适量营养,调节pH和含水量分别至4.8和70%,接入1.7× 107-2.0×107个/g底物Trichoderma reesei TJK-108孢子悬浮液,于30℃培养7 d,再与处理后的玉米秸杆等量混合(加水比为2),接入3.2×107个/g底物酵母茵,于36℃发酵72 h,酒精产率为 0.326g/g底物。
The technical conditions of fuel alcohol production by propionic acid-treated corn stalk were studied and the experimental results suggested that the elimination rates of lignin and hemi-cellulose of corn stalk after propionic acid treatment were 60.61% and 98.5 % respectively and the retention rate of cellulose was 90.68 %. 10 % distiller's grains and adequate amount of nutritional substances were added into treated corn stalk and pH value and water content were regulated to 4.8 and 70 % respectively, then it was inoculated with 1.7×10^7-2.0×10^7/g Trichoderma reesei TJK-108 spore suspension, after 7 d culture at 30 ℃, it mixed with treated corn stalk by equal quantity (water addition ratio as 2:1 ) and then inoculated with 3.2×10^7/g substrate yeast, after 72 h fermentation at 36 ℃2, alcohol yield achieved 0.326 g/g substrate.
