摘要
酒糟可用来培养食用菌,制作饲料,生产沼气,用于医疗上,提取蛋白等高价物质等。其中研究较深入和广泛的是生产饲料、培养食用菌和生产沼气,不仅节省资源,而且还可减少对环境的污染。
Distiller＇s grains could be used in the culture of edible fungus, the preparation of feeding stuff, the production of marsh gas, and the extraction of proteins in medical field （less research compared with the previous utilization field） etc., which could not only save energy resources but also reduce environmental pollution.
