摘要
应用盆栽法研究了氯在烤烟中的分布以及土壤、施肥与灌溉水含氯量对烟叶氯含量与分布的影响。结果表明,随着氯带入量的增加,烟株干物质重下降。烟株各器官中氯含量顺序为叶〉茎〉根,下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶。叶吸氯量占总吸氯量的55.1%~67.6%、茎占19.8%~26.5%、根占12.6%~18.4%。烤烟吸收的总氯量中来自土壤、灌溉水、肥料氯的比例分别为61.8%、37.1%、1.1%。过量的氯会使烟株出现氯中毒现象,导致干物质量显著降低。降低了叶片对氮、钾的吸收,特别是钾含量明显下降。
Potted cultivation was used to study the chloride distribution in different tobacco plant organ, and the relation of chloride content with soil, applied fertilizer and irrigated water in tobacco leaf.The results showed that the dried weight would decrease with the application chloride amount increased. The highest chloride content organ of tobacco plant was leaf, followed by stem.The root was the lowest.The 61.8% chloride in tobacco plant was from soft, 37.1% from irrigated water and only 1.1% from applied fertilizer. Excess chloride could be resulted in poisoning, the dry matter decreased, nitrogen and potassium absorption restrainted, and obvious potassium content decreased in tobacco leaf.
