摘要
在田间试验条件下,研究了有机肥与无机肥配比施用对冬白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:有机肥与无机肥配施比例对冬白菜产量、NO-3-N含量以及营养品质等影响较大。无机N施用比例增加,可导致冬白菜NO-3-N含量升高、Vc含量降低和粗纤维增多。冬白菜获得最高产量的有机N与无机N配比是41.5%∶58.5%;产量较高且经济效益最好的有机N与无机N配比是51.1%∶48.9%,纯经济收益可达26 857元/hm2,比最高产量时增加收益32.2%。
Effects on production and quality of Chinese cabbage by organic and inorganic fertilization of combined rate were studied in the condition of field experiments. The results showed that the organic and inorganic manures with different combined rates effected significantly on the yield, the content of NO3^--N and quality. Increasing inorganic N contents could result in increasing NO3^- -N contents and rough fibre quantity, and decreasing Vc contents. The combined rate maximum yield which was 111 201 kg/hm of organic and inorganic manures was 41.5% : 58.5% to get the 2. However, to balance the yield and the pure income, the optimum ratio of organic N to mineral N was 51.1%:48.9%. Although the output in this way was 110 641 kg/hm^2, the pure income was 26 857 yuan/hm^2 which was 32.2% higher than the income of the maximum yield.
