小儿安肺颗粒的制备与临床应用

The preparation of Anfei Granules and its clinical application for children

目的:制备一种治疗小儿肺炎的颗粒剂,并观察其临床疗效。方法:根据协定处方结合现代制剂技术制备小儿安肺颗粒,治疗组在对照组应用抗生素及抗病毒药物基础上加用小儿安肺颗粒,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率88.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.09,P<0.05),未见不良反应发生。结论:小儿安肺颗粒制备工艺合理,临床应用效果显著,是较好的治疗小儿肺炎的药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of self-made Anfei Granules in treatment of pneumonia. Methods： Anfei Granules were prepared, and this study was to make a comparative study of the treatment of pneumonia with antibiotics and antivirals, and Anfei Granules. Results： The total responsing rate was as follows： the treatment group 96.2% and the control group 88.6%, there was a significant difference between the two groups and no severe side effects were found. Conclusions： The Anfei Granules is ideal and effctive to treat children with pneumonia.
