水中贾第虫包囊的检测和杀灭及清除方法 被引量:2

摘要 贾第虫病是一种水源性疾病,呈世界性分布,近年来在世界各地发生了多起本病的暴发流行,饮用水被含有贾第虫包囊的粪便污染是造成本病流行的主要原因。本文对贾第虫病的病原学、流行概况、水污染情况、直接和间接水源性传播进行了简介,重点介绍了水中贾第虫包囊的检测、包囊活性鉴定、杀灭与清除方法及地震、洪水、海啸等自然灾害过后饮用水的简易处理方法。 Giardiasis is a waterborne disease with widely distribution. In recent years, lots of outbreaks and epidemics of giardiasis have been occurred in many countries and areas in the world. The epidemic of this disease is mainly resulted from drinking water contaminated by feces containing Giardia lamblia cysts. The pathogen, epidemiology, contamination of water, direct and indirect waterborne transmission of giardiasis were briefly described in this paper. The monitor of Giardia lamblia cysts in water, identification of cyst viability, disinfection and removal of cysts from drinking water were emphasized. The simple water treatment methods after natural calamities, such as earthquake, flood and tsunami etc, were introduced for field use.
