用原子力显微镜研究聚乙烯醇分离膜的结构 被引量:1

STUDY OF PVA MEMBRANE STRUCTURE WITH ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPE

摘要 分别用饱和硫酸钠/氢氧化钠溶液和丙酮作为凝固浴制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)分离膜,在原子力显微镜(AFM)下观测发现:前者膜的表面结构与致密膜相似,后者则呈现出平均孔径为53nm的多孔膜结构,但二者都具有球粒状结构。实验证实,选用适当的凝固浴才能制备出聚乙烯醇多孔膜。 The polyvinyl alcohol membrane structure prepared with coagulation bath of saturated Na2SO4/NaOH solution and acetone are studied by atomic force microscope. The results showed that the former had an analogical structure with dense membrane and the latter was porous membrane with average pore size of 53nm. It is proved that the polyvinyl alcohol porous membrane can be prepared with appropriate casting bath.
