摘要
研究了厌氧附着膜膨胀床工艺(AAFEB)处理乳品废水的性能。结果表明,乳品废水适宜的生物处理方法是厌氧-好氧组合工艺,以AAFEB工艺为厌氧段时HRT以8h为宜,在此HRT下,当容积负荷控制在6.15~10.65kgCOD/m3.d范围内时,在没有碱度投加的条件下,pH值可保持在6.8~7.3,COD去除率稳定在80%左右,有机氮氨化率达64.1~71.4%,出水B/C与进水相当。
The capability of dairy wastewater treatment by Anaerobic Attached Microbial Film Expanded Bed (AAFEB) was studied in this paper. The studies showed that anaerobic-aerobic microbial combination treatment was a feasible process for dairy wastewater treatment. The viable hydraulic residonee time(HRT) of AAFEB was 8 hours. When HRT was 8h and the volume load remained within 6.15-10.65 kgCOD/m^3 .d, pH maintained within .6.8-7.3 without additional alkalinity, the COD removal rate was about 80%, the organic nitrogen amination rate could remain within 64.1%-71.4%, and B/C ratio in effluent water was corresponding to that in influant water.
