摘要
通过调控加工工艺及选择母粒配方,成功地制备出质量分数为70%的高浓白母粒。通过SEM观察发现,即使钛白粉质量分数高达70%,载体树脂仍可形成网状结构的连续相。测试母粒流变性能表明,高浓白母粒熔体仍为假塑性流体,流变行为稳定连续,且切力变稀的趋势较纯树脂更为明显;高浓白母粒与纯料共混时会出现等粘点,为色母粒的均匀着色提供了理论依据。制备出的高浓色母粒外观光洁,分散性能优良。
By adjusting processing technology and choosing formulation of masterbatch, white masterbutch with 70% (wt%) of high concentration was prepared successfully. The continuous phase of the formed network of the carrier resin was observed by STEM even when the mass percentage of titanium was as high as 70 %. The result of the test of the rheological properties of the masterbatch showed that the high concentration masterbatch melt belonged to pesudo-plastic-fluid, and rheological behavior was stabilization and continuity, and the apparent viscosity decreased with the increase of shearing rate at given temperature; in the low shearing rate, the equal viscosity of high concentration masterbatch and pure PE was founded, which gave important reference for uniformly corloring of masterbatch. The prepared high concentration masterbatch had slippery appearance and excellent dispersibility.
