摘要
通过对PID温度控制理论的阐述,建立了以PLC为控制系统核心,以伺服电机和交流电机为传动机构,以触摸屏进行人机交互,对电机相关参数和温度相关参数进行实时设置与显示,并且重要参数能够掉电保持的一个控制系统,实现了系统的实时调节和控制。
Based on the exposition of the principle of PID temperature control theory, a control system was set up, with PLC as control core, servo motor and AC motor as drive mechanism, touch panel monitor as mutual machine. The real time setting up and display of the parameters of the motor and temperature were made, which could he held for long time, to realize the system adjusted and controlled real-timely.
