固化体系对环氧树脂阻燃性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 比较了间苯二胺(m-PDA)、4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(MeTHPA)三种固化剂与双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)形成的固化体系燃烧性能的差异,研究了DDM、MeTHPA固化体系对聚磷酸铵(AP462)阻燃环氧树脂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,DDM固化体系与AP462有良好的协同阻燃效果,仅添加质量分数为25%的AP462,EP-AP462-25/DDM体系的氧指数就可达到41.0%。热失重分析指出,协同阻燃与EP/DDM和AP462的热稳定性匹配、相互作用导致成炭量提高有关。 The difference of flame retardancy was compared among the three systems of epoxy resin (E- 51) cured respectively with m-PDA, DDM and MeTHPA, and the influence on flame retardancy of different cured systems was studied in the systems cured with DDM and MeTHPA filled with ammonium polyphosphate ( AP 462). The results show that the resin cured with DDM had an excellent synergistic flame retardancy with AP 462. LOI of EP/DDM filled with 25 wt% AP 462 reached 41.0%. Synergistic flame retardancy between EP/DDM and AP 462 was investigated by TGA. The synergism was closely related with their thermal decomposition and the increasment of char residue.
