摘要
针对目前发动机曲轴疲劳可靠性设计方法中存在的不足,通过对曲轴疲劳试验程序载荷谱及P-σ-N曲线的研究,提出了用程序载荷谱测定P-σ-N曲线,并应用疲劳损伤等效理论对承受复杂载荷的曲轴进行可靠性设计的新方法。
In light of the current existed inadequate method in fatigue reliability design of engine crankshaft and from the study of programmed load spectrum for crankshaft fatigue test and P-σ-N curves,a new reliability design method for crankshaft under complex load is recommended through measuring the P-σ-N curves by means of programmed load spectrum and by using the equivalent effective theory of fatigue damage.
