微型客车顶盖冲压成型用复合材料模具及制造工艺

Forming Dies Made of Composite Material for Minivan Body Roof Panel and Their Manufacturing Technology

介绍了微型客车顶盖冲压成型用复合材料模具的结构及其制造工艺。该模具的凸、凹模均用复合材料制造，模架、围板、压边圈、镶条等用普通钢材制造。它通过曲面曲线型压边圈及其上的阻力筋，在压边拉延的同时，压出流水槽，只用一道工序即将整体式顶盖一次拉延成型。

Construction and manufacturing technology of forming die set made of composite material for minivan body roof panel are presented. Both male and female dies of the set are made of composite material;while die holder,protecting plate,blank holder and gib,etc are made of common steel. Rain drainage channel of the body roof panel is formed by means of carve surface contoured ring and gripping ribs on the blank holder joining faces while drawing the body roof panel which is formed completely in only one process.
