This paper tries to analyze Angela Carter＇s feminist viewpoints reflected in her novel The Passion of New Eve. Male hegemony is rooted in the cultural reality. Carter＇s description of two typical communities of hegemony and their ultimate downfall demonstrate her attempts to subvert hegemony. Meanwhile, through the protagonist＇s gender transformation and his looking for real woman, Carter expres her feminist thought of pursuing of androgynous equality of male female rights.
