Study on the Effective Control Principle of Solving International Territorial Disputes——Illustrating the Typical Cases of I.C.J.

有效控制原则是解决国际领土争端的重要原则。笔者在说明其构成要件的基础上,以国际法院适用此原则的典型案例为例,浅析了适用此原则的基本原因。

The effective control principle is an important principal to solve international territorial disputes. The author analyzes the basic reasons of applying the principle on the base of illustrating the typical cases of I.C,J. and explaining its essential elements.
