摘要
采用简化模型研究了汽车独立悬架系统中扭杆弹簧的随机应力及寿命预测方法。在给走路面、车速、结构参数后，可计算出扭杆的随机应力，并根据P－S－N曲线估计出扭杆的寿命。数据预测结果在数量级上是可信的。还给出了有关参数改变时对寿命的影响曲线。
Forecast method of random stress and service life of torsion rod spring in motor vehicle independent suspension system are studied by means of simplified model. The random stress of torsion rod spring may be calculated after road surface,vehicle speed arid constructional parameters are given,and service life may be estimated according to P-S-N curve. Result of datum prediction is convincible in order of magnitude。 In addition,curve of service life versus change of relevant parameters is also given.
