摘要
德国实施的双元制职业教育,其受训者具有双重社会地位。德国双元制职业教育的受训者享有获取必要知识和技能,受资助和自谋职业等多种权利;必须履行认真完成所交给的、属于职业培训范围内的各项工作,参加职业学校所规定的理论学习和考试,听从培训企业主或企业培训员对职业培训工作的各项指导等多项义务。
In the dual system of vocational education inplernented in Germany, the trainees bear double social positions. They have the rights such as acquiring necessary, knowledge and skill, being supported and seeking jobs by themselves, Meanwhile, they must fulfill obligations such as earnestly accomplishing the given work that belongs to the areas of vocational training, participating the theoretical study and examination set by the vocational schools, following the instructions of the training enterprim owner or the trainer.
