摘要
采用硫酸氢钾为催化剂合成乙酸丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收,重复使用性良好,无废液排放等优势。最佳反应条件下,收率为82.7%。
By using potassium bisulfate as the catalyst, acetic acid and l-butanol reacted to form butyl acetate. Experimental results showed that it was the efficient,economic and environmental friendly catalyst.Under the best conditions its yield could reach 82.7%.
