摘要
笔者对临床上常用的排气方法进行临床观察统计，认为仍有不易掌握，失误机会多，时间长的弊端，将其改革为排气时阻断针头的方法。经过１２００例的观察，与常用的方法进行对照，有显著的区别。这种方法简便易学，省时省力，无污染浪费，成功率高，值得推广。
By observing usual clilic methods of carmination,the anthors found that there were many drawbacks such as difficult to control,more chances to make mistakes and to be taken more time.So a new method that stopping springe-needle when carminating was innovated.It was compared to usnal method with 1200 cases The result has a remarkable difference.This method is easy to learn, save time and lobor, no pollution and waste and has a high rate of success It is worth spreading.
