动脉旁路术治疗25例肢体动脉闭塞性疾病的经验

Experience in 25 Cases of Limb Arterial Ocelusive Discases by Arterial Bypass

我院自１９８７年底至１９９５年初，对２５例３１条动脉闭塞肢体施行动脉旁路术，经过平均１９．４个月的随访，总有效率为７７．４％，肢体存活率８３．９％，疗效满意。我们认为，在治疗肢体动脉闭塞疾病中应注意以下几点：术前肢体动脉造影应包括全患肢；股深动脉在治疗中起着重要作用；旁路术后短期内的动脉闭塞，要找原因及时再次手术。

From 1987 to 1995,25 cases(31 limbs)with arterial occlusive diseases were treated with arterial bypass.The paticnts were followed-up for mean l9.4 months,The excellent and good results were 77.4%and 83.9% of limbs were salvaged.Great attention must be paid as follows:before surgcry,serics of arteriography of the whole diseased limb should be made;deep femoral artery plays an important role during surgical procedure;postoperative re-occlusion must be found out in time and Reoperation should be done as early as possible.
