Preliminary Analyzing the Political Participation of Private Enterpriser Stratum in Transitional Society

社会转型时期 ,国家政策的调整、经济结构的变化以及文化的转型 ,导致私营企业主产生 ,并且要求参与政治。由于这个阶层有自己独特的经济利益 ,有较高的经济地位和政治地位 ,也有较高的文化素质 ,决定了他们参与政治的可能性 ,而他们通过当选人大代表和政协委员 ,参加工商联 ,加入中国共产党则把这种可能转化为现实。他们的政治参与对于维护社会主义社会的稳定和发展社会主义民主政治 。

In The social transitional period, transformation of national policy, adjustment of economic structure and cultural transformation , which lead to creation of private enterpriser, so they request participates the polities. As this stratum has special and economic benefit, has high economic position and the political position, also has high culture character, which decides they participate the political possibly, but they must be deputy of NPC, the member of CPPCC , attend the Industry and Business Association , join Communist Party of China to convert possibility for actuality. Their political participation has effect on rnantaining the social stability in socialism, developing the socialism democracy, building political civilization in socialism.
