摘要
《中华人民共和国公务员法》的颁布实施,既标志着我国公务员管理进入法制化管理的新阶段,更标志着我国公务员权利的保障步入法制化保障的新时代。我国公务员依法享有较为明确、广泛、真实的权利。公务员权利及公务员权利保障有其科学的内涵。我国公务员权利的内容丰富,特点鲜明。然而我国公务员权利的保障机制还有待完善和创新,尤其是我国公务员权利保障制度中的社会保障制度、申诉控告制度和司法救济制度。
The issuing and implementation of Public Servant Law of the Pepple's Republic of China, indicates the civil servants management of our country entering a new stage of legal management ,and even indicates the guarantee of the rights of our country's civil servants stepping into a new era ensured by legalization even more, The rights owned by civil servants of our country comparatively clear, extensive and true in accordance with the law, Civil servant's rights and civil servant's right guarantee have are its scientific intension ,The civil servant's rights of our country are abundant in content and the characteristics are distinct ,But our country's civil servants rights guarantee mechanism remains to improve and innovate, especially social security system , charge system and justice relieve system to appeal which want improving and innovating.
