财产是人类社会生活不可或缺的组成部分,人类社会进步的每一个阶段都伴随着财产权利的发展。财产权从最初对个人权利的强调,发展到对财产的社会属性的关注。在这个人权的时代,应当从观念上确立财产权在人权意义上的价值。而人权范畴中的财产权则是现代法治所蕴含的人文精神的最佳体现。

Property has been the necessary part of human society since it＇s birth. The development of property comes up with the increase of human society. At first, property right was put emphasising on the personal right. Now it concentrates on its social character more and more. We should recognize the value of property right in the human right times. The system of property should not only lay emphasis on its economic function. but also do the best to realize the social function of property.
