论内蒙古口岸经济发展存在的问题及对策

The Existing problems and Measures of Port Economy of Inner Mongolia

口岸的开放与建设在促进与周边国家友好关系和周边富民方面有十分重要的意义。内蒙古自治区口岸得到了长足发展,但是在发展水平上与先进口岸相比还存在很大的差距。由于对口岸重要性的认识偏差,口岸建设资金投入不足,口岸经济的产业结构很不合理;加工业对口岸经济发展的贡献不大;边境口岸“互市贸易区”和“国际经济合作区”功能单一。因此,应采取合理布局;不断完善口岸基础设施建设,抓好口岸经济;进一步优化口岸对外开放环境,加大口岸地区招商引资力度,加快口岸经济促进体系建设等措施以加速我区口岸经济发展。

The opening and construction of ports have a significant meaning in promoting the good relations with neighbouring countries and in making people rich. We have achieved a great progress in port economy in our region, but compared with advanced ports, we still have a long way to go. As we used to have a wrong way of looking at things, the money invested in the construction of the ports is not enough and the industry structure of port economy is not rational. Besides, the processing industry doesn＇t play a very important role in the development of port economy and the function of ＂ the area of trade＂ and ＂the area of international economic cooperation＂ of the frontier ports is simplistic. Therefore, we should rationally distribute the ports of our region and continually improve the infrastructure construction of the ports. We should also further better the opening environment to the outside world and expand the scope of attracting investors and capital in order to quicken the port economy and to promote the system construction.
