发展我国网络银行的思考

Thinking of Developing Network Banks in Our Country

网络银行是金融领域的一场革命,将引发金融业经营管理模式、市场结构、业务运作方式等一系列重大变革。未来银行业如果不能及时抢占这一新世纪金融发展的制高点,生存都会成问题。但从现实情况看,我国的网络银行的发展明显滞后于西方国家。目前,我国的网上银行在发展中存在着许多问题,如基础设施建设尚不完善,法律法规滞后,技术性风险难以控制等。因此,中国银行业应提高认识,改变观念,大力发展网上银行。

By analyzing the problems existing in the development of Chinese network banks, this thesis puts forward the countermeasures in the Chinese network bank development, points out that we should deepen our level of understanding, change our ideas, strengthen our network infrastructure construction, speed up our legislation, reinforce the personnel training, promote the level of network techniques, unify the network identity and amplify the credit system.
