摘要
采用熔融压片法制作聚丙烯薄片,以WAXD为测试手段考察研究了纳米SiO2、纳米CaCO3及5A型分子筛三种无机粒子对PP/β晶型成核剂体系晶体形态的影响,得出了各种体系中β晶型的相对百分含量Kβ值。结果表明,5A分子筛和纳米CaCO3成核能力较弱,对β晶型成核剂的诱导影响作用不明显,是较好的无机填料粒子。而纳米SiO2少量加入即能强烈影响晶体形态。这一结果可用竞争成核的机理解释。
In this paper, nano-CaCO3 ,nano-SiO2 and 5A zeolite were added to the pp/β-phase nucleator system and the crystalline forms was investigated by WAXD. The result showed that nano-CaCO3 and 5A zeolite have less competitive nucleating ability and less influence to the β phase nucleating agent. In contrast, the nano-SiO2 particle can strongly influence the crystalline forms of pp/β phase nucleator system. The result can be illustrated by mechanism of competitive nucleating.
