2657例泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体抗原检测结果分析

摘要 目的了解深圳市龙岗地区沙眼衣原体(CT)感染情况及特点。方法采用英国立明视窗沙眼衣原体抗原检测试剂盒回顾性分析法。结果(1)各年龄段男性CT感染率无显著性差异;各年龄段女性CT感染率随年龄增长而下降。(2)在门诊病人中,男性CT感染率(21.93%)明显高于女性(16.56%)(χ2=7.88,P<0.005);而其中皮肤科门诊病人中,男、女CT感染率无显著性差异(χ2=0.01,P>0.05)。(3)来自皮肤科的女性患者感染率(22.33%)明显高于来自妇科的患者(16.56%)(χ2=4.28,P<0.05)。结论龙岗地区男性感染CT的机会各年龄段均等,而女性20岁年龄段阳性率最高达18.75%;男性CT总体感染率比女性高,来自皮肤科的女性CT感染率高于来自妇科的女性。 OBJACTIVE To research about the situation and characteristic of the Chlamydia Thrachomatis (CT) infection in the district of Longgang. METHODS To examine the Chlamydia Thrachomatis antigen with Urinary-generative system using CT antigen detection box of clearview made in U.K. RESULTS ( 1 ) There is no remarkable difference of CT infection for male in various ages. (2) The ratio of CT infection decreases with the increasing of age for female. In outpatients, the ratio of CT infection of male (21.93%) is much higher than that of female (16.56%) (X^2=7.88, P〈0.005), however, no distinct difference of CT infection between male and female is found in the outpatients of dermatosis section (X^2=0.01, P〉0.05) . (3) The CT infection ratio of the female suffer of dermatos is section (22.33%) is higher than that of gynecologic section (16.56%) obviously (X^2=4.28, P〈0.05) . CONCLUSIONS There is noremarkable difference of CT infection for male in variousages, highest is the positive ratio of 20-year-old female being 18,75%, total CT infection ratio of male is higher than that of female, and CT infection ratio of female of dermatosis section is higher than that of gynecologicsection.
