肝硬化血小板减少与血小板生成素水平的关系探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨肝炎肝硬化患者血小板生成素(thrombopoietin,TPO)与外周血小板数减少之间的关系。方法检测71例肝硬化患者外周血小板计数,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清TPO水平,并与60例健康对照组进行比较。结果肝硬化患者血清TPO水平、血小板计数较正常对照组明显下降,有显著性差异;肝硬化分级与血清TPO下降水平一致。结论血清TPO水平下降是肝硬化患者血小板减少的原因之一。
