Status-quo and Effective Approaches of Economizing Coal Resources in China

分析了我国煤炭资源基本态势是总量丰富,有效供给能力不足,开采浪费严重,长远看形势不容乐观,提出了实行煤炭资源资产化、严禁乱挖滥采、改革采煤方法,推广无煤柱开采、加强地质工作、衰老矿井资源挖潜等节约煤炭资源的有效途径。

Some important discussion about constructing a resource conservation society is collected in this paper and an effective approach of saving coal resource is put forward after the analysis that the basic situation of coal resource in China is that total reserves is plentiful, the effective supply is deficient, the mining waste is serious and from long views, the situation is not optimistic. The approach is that coal resource capitalization is adopted, wanton mining is abandoned, mining methods are renovated, non-pillar mining method is extended, geology work is strengthened and the potential resource of old mines is mined.
