摘要
设计了真空吸收法实验装置,利用该装置测定的保水率与传统滤纸法进行了对比.分析了影响粉刷石膏保水率的相关因素和测试条件.实验表明,在负压下测定保水率,与实际墙基体条件相吻合,具有真实可靠的特点.在压力一定条件下,测定的保水率才具有可比性.
Water-retention rate is one of important properties for stucco gypsum. In order to put into effect new criterion of stucco gypsum JC/T 517-2004, vacuum absorptive device has been designed. Water-retention rate determined by the device can be compared with the values by conventional filter-paper method. The influencing factors of water-retention rate are analyzed and testing parameters are determined. The results show that the water-retention rate under subatomospheric pressure is according with that of realistic wall-matrix. The vacuum absorptive device has characteristic of good reliability, and the determined water-retention rate has comparable measure.
