果胶酶处理对绿色彩棉性能影响的分析 被引量:1

摘要 为改善绿色彩棉的吸湿性能,且避免影响绿色彩棉的色光,决定以果胶酶代替碱处理对绿色彩棉进行处理。为评价果胶酶对绿色彩棉的处理效果,对处理后的绿色彩棉的吸湿性和色泽稳定性进行了测试分析。利用正交试验和极差分析对影响果胶酶处理效果的主要因素——果胶酶质量分数、温度、时间、pH值进行了分析和优化:温度为50℃、pH值为8.0—8.5、果胶酶质量分数为0.6%时对吸湿性的改善最好;随着pH值的增大绿色彩棉色差的变化非常明显,pH值=8.5时颜色最深。研究果胶酶处理对绿色彩棉吸湿性和色泽稳定性的影响,有利于更好地控制处理绿色彩棉产品的质量。 Pectase treatment is decided to instead of alkali treatment to improve the moisture adoption and colored light of green colored cotton. The moisture adoption and color stability of treated green colored cotton were tested to analyze the treatment effect of pectase. Main influence factors on pectase treatment effect such as pcctase mass fraction, temperature, time, pH value were analyzed and optimized by orthogonal test and range analyses. The improvement of moisture adoption is best when temperature is 50 ℃, pH value is 8.0 - 8.5 and pectasc mass fraction is 0. 6%. With the increasing of pH value, the color difference of green colored cotton become obvious, and if pH value is 8.5, the color is darkest. The research of influence of pectase treatment on moisture adoption and color stability is feasible to control green colored product quality better.
