Using Experience of AC2030×01540 Cylinder Card Cloth

为提高生条质量,应用了AC2030×01540型锡林针布。通过与AC2525×01550型针布进行对比试验和分析,认为AC2030×01540型锡林针布工作角减小、基厚减薄、齿密增加、齿深变浅,有利于增强对纤维的握持、分梳能力,为提高梳棉机产量和棉条、成纱质量创造了有利条件。

AC2030 ×01540 cylinder card cloth was applied to enhance card sliver quality. Compared with AC2525 ×01550 card cloth, AC2030 ×01540 card cloth has the speciality of reducing of working angle, decreasing of basic thickness, increasing of tooth density, decreasing of tooth depth. The speciality can increase the gripping and carding ability to fibers, enhance carding machine output and quality of cotton sliver.
