摘要
介绍了多功能电能表技术规范的特点,对检测项目、方法、技术要求以及防窃电措施进行了较全面的描述;并对依据此技术规范制造的20个电能表样品的检测情况进行了分析,以供电能表制造单位和使用单位生产、选用时参考。
This paper introduces characteristics of the technical specification for the multi-function Watt-hour established by Jiangxi Electric Power Company,which describes the test item,method,technical requirement and the tamper preventing.The 20 Watt-hour meter samples based on this technical specification are tested,and the re sults are analyzed,the importance for the acceptance test of the multi-function Watthour meters is emphasized.
