甘蔗脱毒种茎的生产性能比较研究

Production Performance of Seed-stem with Virus-free of Different Sugarcane Varieties

通过对F134、黔糖4号、Badila(果蔗)3个品种脱毒种茎和非脱毒种茎生产性能的比较,结果表明:3个品种脱毒种的出苗率、分蘖率、月株高和月生长速都高于非脱毒种茎,株高、茎径、有效茎、节间长、田间锺度也比非脱毒种高。理论产量:F134脱毒种较非脱毒种高2 040kg／667m2,增产31．9％;黔糖4号脱毒种较非脱毒种高2178kg／667m2,增产36．2％, Badila(果蔗)脱毒种较非脱毒种高1108kg／667m2,增产20．8％,并达到极显著和显著水平。说明,甘蔗脱毒种较非脱毒种有较好的生产性能。

The seed-stem with virus-free and without virus-free of three sugarcane varieties were cultivated to investigate their production performance. The results showed that the seedling rate, tillering ability, plant height, stem diameter, effective stem, internode length, field brix, plant height and growth speed of stems with virus-free of three varieties were higher than those of stems without virus-free of three varieties. According to theoretical yields, the stems with virus-free of F134, Qiantang 4 and Badila varieties were 2040 kg/667m^2 , 2178 kg/hm^2 and 1108 kg/hm^2 higher than that of stems without virus-free of F134, Qiantang 4 and Badila varieties respectively and showed very Significant or significant difference between both seed-stem.
