摘要
通过阐述如何推进ICT(信息与通信技术)为“三农”提供有效服务,如何推进应用ICT提升和改造传统农业等问题,探索了ICT服务于农业、农业信息化和农业信息技术发展的一些对策,对推进我国农业信息化发展有着重要意义。
Some countermeasures for servicing agriculture, agricultural informationization and agricultural information technology development are put forward by expounding how to provide effective service for ＂agriculture, countryside and farmer＂ and how to advance ICT application in improving and transforming tradition agriculture.
