给出了特征标表中每列至多有一个零点和特征标表中只有一列恰有两个零点,其余每列至多有一个零点的有限群的分类．

In this paper, the authors classify the finite groups which satisfy one of the following conditions： （1＊） at most one zero in every column of the character table of finite group G; （2＊） there are two zeros in only one column, but there is at most one zero in each other column of the character table of a finite group.
