工业园区用地适宜性评价探讨——以重庆市主城特色工业园区为例

Exploration for Suitability Evaluation of Land Use in the Industry Park——A case study of industry park of the main urban area in Chongqing

在探讨工业园区用地适宜性评价的理论和方法的基础上,根据评价对象的特点和要求,构建了一套工业园区用地适宜性评价的指标体系,运用递阶模糊数学模型,以重庆市主城10个特色工业园区为例,对其用地的适宜性进行了定性与定量相结合的评价分析．

Suitability evaluation for land use in the industry park is the basic work in the construction and development of it. On the basis exploring for the thesis and method of suitability evaluation for land use in the industry park, this paper conducts a set of index of suitability evaluation for land use in the industry park according to characteristics of the evaluating object. Taking the industry park of the main urban area in Chongqing as example, and using fuzzy hierarchical mathematical model, the authors make an evaluation and analysis qualitatively and quantitatively.
