我国角膜移植近10年文献计量分析

Quantifying and classifying reports on corneal transplantation nearly 10 years in China

目的分析近10年来我国角膜移植研究的现状及取得的进展、存在的问题等有关情报信息。方法利用《中国生物医学文献光盘数据库》（CBMDISC）检索1994-2003年有关角膜移植文献，利用文献计量学的方法对国内近10年所发表的相关文献的论文数量及年代、论文合作度及核心作者、发文机构、地区分布、期刊分布及核心期刊等方面进行统计分析。结果自1994年以来论文数量呈逐年增加，多人合著占主体，但角膜移植文献多集中在《眼科研究》、《眼外伤职业眼病杂志》、《中国实用眼科杂志》、《中华眼科杂志》等眼科专业核心期刊上，以中山大学（中山医科大学）等核心机构发文较多，论文多由广东、山东、北京等位于东南沿海及全国中心城市的医学院校和专门的眼科研究所等机构发表。结论角膜移植手术在我国开展较晚，但发展迅速，尤其是在2002年前后更明显，因受基础条件、人才等因素影响，西藏、青海、贵州等西部地区在该项目的研究和开发上还不够理想，体现出地区间发展不平衡。

Objective To analyze the information of the current situation, the progress and existing problems about corneal transplantation research for recent 10 years in China. Methods To retrieve literatures about corneal transplantation research from 1994 to 2003 on Chinese Biomedical Literature Database（CBMDISC） ,carry out the statistical analysis about the thesis number, thesis era, thesis cooperation degree, core authors, publishing institutes, endemic distribution, periodical distribution and core periodic for domestic related thesis for recent 10 years by literature metrology. Results The number of thesis increased year by year since 1994 mainly in collaboration with many writers. But the thesis about corneal transplant research were mainly published in the core periodicals of ophthalmology such as Chinese Ophthalmic Research,Chlnese Journal of Ocular Trauma and Occupational Eye, Chinese Journal of Practical Ophthalmology,Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology. The assays were published mainly by the core institutes like Zhongshan Medical University, etc. Those institutes were mainly composed of Medical Schools and special research institu tes of ophthalmology which were mostly located in east-southern cities along the coast or national central cities such as Guangdong, Shandong, Beijing. Conclusion Corneal transplantation operation startes recently in our country, but it develops very fast, especially around 2002. It is not ideal for the western regions such as Tibet, Qinghal and Guizhou to do the research and development about the project because of the limitation of basic condition and talented man. It shows disparate development among different regions.
